Trousses de ressources relatives aux familles et aux étapes de la vie

Afin d’aider aux individus à composer avec les complexités modernes de la vie, le PAESF offre une série de trousses de ressources remplies de dépliants et de ressources d’auto-assistance pour favoriser le développement personnel. Chaque trousse concerne une étape différente de la vie visant à aider les individus, les couples et les familles à mieux comprendre les problèmes et les besoins communs liés à l’éducation des enfants de tout âge, l’amélioration des relations intimes et la planification de la retraite. Les trousses du PAEF sont excellentes comme matériel de référence pour les exercices individuels d’auto-analyse, ou comme complément utile aux séances de counseling. Les kits de ressources sont actuellement disponibles en anglais uniquement. 

 

Les trousses de ressources disponibles traitent des sujets suivants :

Les trousses de ressources documentées et élaborées par les cliniciens(iennes) du PAESF :

 

  • permettent d’avoir accès à certains des meilleurs et des plus récents renseignements d’auto-assistance disponibles actuellement;

  • comprennent un ensemble d’articles pratiques faciles à utiliser, des feuilles de conseils, des dépliants et des livrets, du matériel de référence et un ou deux livres de croissance personnelle;

  • comprennent des renseignements provenant de sources publiques reconnues telles que le BC Council for Families (Conseil des familles de C.-B), le site MindCheck, le Centre canadien de protection de l’enfance, le Centre de ressources Meilleur départ et l’Association canadienne des programmes de ressources pour la famille (FRP Canada).
